Refund & Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds for a live seminar purchase. Our policy is that upon registering for a Total Body Modification, Inc. seminar or retreat, you commit to arriving on time and staying through to the end. Those that do not fully attend the event will not receive a certificate of completion, will not have the seminar/retreat listed on their Provider Listing, and will not receive verification of hours for Continuing Education. Any exceptions must be approved prior to registration. With the purchase of a live seminar, you commit to attend the entire seminar. If you are unable to attend the seminar due to unforeseen circumstances, a credit will be applied to your account for future seminars or products.
Returns on merchandise must be made within 30 days – You Must fill out the returns form at TBMlife.com to begin the return/refund process. Additionally, email email@example.com or call our office +1(435) 652-4340 before sending any merchandise back to us. This will help us alert you to any special handling concerns as well as notify us to expect your return shipment.
Our Vial Sets are handmade and assembled. Please inspect your vial set(s) to verify thier contents. To qualify for free replacement, if a vial is missing or broken, you must notify TBM within 30 days. Original tags and packaging must be intact. We cannot accept returns on items if the tags have been removed. Products must be in the original condition and be free from tears, stains, and odors.
We do not accept returns on damaged or mistreated products due to improper return packaging. If your item was shipped in a box, please place it back in a box for return. If the item arrives to TBM crushed, bent, or destroyed, you may not receive a full refund credit. We want to give you a FULL credit for the item you are returning. However, for quality control purposes, any returned items will be inspected carefully before a credit is issued. This ensures that all customers receive clean, unused, pristine items with every order. Please take care in packaging return items to ensure safe delivery of your product.
Any item that does not meet the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. Please DO NOT send back items that are damaged or that you have had for over 30 days. If one of our products fails due to workmanship or materials, we may replace it at no charge. TBM will make the sole determination as to the cause of the product failure. Returned items that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back to you at your expense.
