CHIROPRACTIC ASSOCIATE POSITION IN TEXAS
Associate position with buy in. Doctor retiring. 1980 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. Located in Dripping Springs, Texas in Hays county, one of the top ten fastest growing counties in the country just outside of south Austin. Current practice has been in continuous operation for almost 17 years. 2025 projected collections are $266,290 2025 projected expenses $72000 (monthly overhead ranges from $5600-$6000) Open 3 1/2 days per week. 200 patient visits per month. 12 new patients per month. All referral practice based solely on reputation. Incoming doctor must be willing to be trained or is knowledgeable in the Total Body Modification (TBM) kinesiology technique or Applied Kinesiology (AK). Must be willing to be trained in these techniques. Must be comfortable with Diversified adjusting, toggle recoil, Cox flexion distraction plus Activator and Nimmo or similar methodology. 80% cash 20% Medicare and personal injury (PI). This practice is for a doctor who wants to treat a wide variety of conditions and is not limited to neck and back pain and athletic injuries. And does not want to fool with insurance. 1/3 of the practice is allergies ( Austin Texas is the world capital for allergies). 1/3 is a variety of other organic problems such as constipation, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, vertigo, asthma, acid reflux, etc. etc.. and 1/3 is musculoskeletal issues. Great potential for ownership. Must have extremely friendly outgoing personality, love healing and developing powerful interactive relationships with patients and enjoys children, as we see a lot of them. Listening to the Body Blog Series
As many of you know Dr. Victor Frank once stated to Dr. Millet, "The purpose of the Sugar Control Diet is to teach patients to learn to listen to their Bodies." This blog series is Dr. Millet's to convey what it means to "listen to our Body" to the general public.
