“He was the first who tried to prove experimentally the effect of high potencies through animal experiments, using guinea pigs and fruitflies.
When [Albert] Abrams reported his findings concerning body reactions and their evaluation, Stearns became immensely interested in this field. He recognised that such reactions could have nothing to do with electronics, but must be reflex-reactions transmitted through the autonomic system. The body reflexes aroused his interest. Again, he was the first to introduce tiie scientific development of these new1 conceptions, as expressed by the work of Boyd in Glasgow, into American homoeopathy. He was the first to use Boyd’s emanometer in this country (America). As an outgrowth of all these endeavours, he established the Foundation for Homoeopathic Research for a systematic study of all reactions of the autonomous system toward potencies.
Finally, in a book, A New Synthesis, written together with Edgar D. Evia, he gave a summary of his medical, biological, and philosophical conceptions. It contains a great number of most interesting facts and a comprehensive philosophy of important aspects of homoeopathy and general biology-pointing far into the future.”

There have been 2 books which I have read and thought to myself, *”I just read a TBM manual!” One of the books was Human Personality (1903) by FWH Myers and the other was * New Synthesis (1942) by Guy Beckley Stearns and Edgar D. Evia.* The former is easily obtainable through purchase or digital download. I also excerpted chapter V, Hypnosis, into the appendix of the Module M portion of The Big Book.
The latter however is far more difficult. In fact in the last 10 plus years I have only seen it for sale twice, both times in Germany, and I own both copies. This was troubling to me because I wanted all of you to be able to read it. It is a full on description of neurosensory testing and Harmonization vials but through the language of homeopathy and radionics.
To correct it being unavailable I set out about 7 years ago to create a digital copy, since it was beyond copyright protection. Below is my transcribed version in PDF form. I hope some of you find half as much value out of it as I have.
