Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued for seminar, retreats, conferences, and/or other events hosted by Total Body Modification, Inc. If you are unable to attend, upon request an event token will be placed into your account on www.liveTBM.com available for use in registering for future events.

Attendance Policy

Upon registering for a Total Body Modification, Inc. event you commit to arriving on time and staying through to the end. Those that do not fully attend the event will not receive a signed Verification of Attendance nor receive credit towards certification for the having attended the event. Any and all requests for an exception must be approved prior to registration.

General Instructions for All Returns & Replacements

If your item(s) is not received, arrives damaged, or you no longer want it and it is in saleable condition log into your account on www.liveTBM.com. Once logged in scroll to the bottom of any webpage and in the “Customer Service” section, click on “Returns.” Complete all of the fields, including uploading required images (see below for image requirements). Then tick the “I have read and agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy” box and click “Submit.”

You may view updates to the status of your return (e.g. Products Received, Refund Submitted, Items Shipped) by visiting the “My Account” section of our website and clicking on “View Your Return Requests.”

Specific Instructions for Each Type of Return & Replacement

+ Items Not Received

In order to receive a refund and/or cost-free replacement Users submit a Product Return via our website (see General Instructions for All Returns & Replacements above) within 14 days of placing an order if the items are not received.


+ Items Received Damaged

In order to receive a refund and/or cost-free replacement Users submit a Product Return via our website (see General Instructions for All Returns & Replacements above) within 72 hours of receiving the damaged items. The Product Return submission must include photographic images of both the packaging material and the damaged item(s).


+ Item(s) No Longer Wanted

If any item(s) is/are no longer wanted, and remain in resaleable condition, a Product Returns submission via our website (see General Instructions for All Returns & Replacements above) must be completed within 30 days and in advance of returning any item.

Resaleable condition includes, but is not limited to, original tags are affixed, original packaging is intact, and products are in the original condition and be free from tears, stains, and odors.

All return postage costs are at the Users expense and we strongly encourage adequate insurance coverage be purchased in case of loss or damage during the return shipment. We do not accept returns on damaged or mistreated products due to improper return packaging. If your item was shipped in a box, please place it back in a box for return. If the item arrives to TBM crushed, bent, or destroyed, you may not receive a full refund credit. We want to give you a FULL credit for the item you are returning. However, for quality control purposes, any returned items will be inspected carefully before a credit is issued. This ensures that all customers receive clean, unused, pristine items with every order. Please take care in packaging return items to ensure safe delivery of your product.

Any item that does not meet the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. Please DO NOT send back items that are damaged or that you have had for over 30 days. If one of our products fails due to workmanship or materials, we may replace it at no charge. TBM will make the sole determination as to the cause of the product failure. Returned items that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back to you at your expense.
