Directions: Mix 1 scoop into yogurt, 8 oz water or Smoothie. Enjoy!

Surge Preparation: For best results complete once prior to initializing surge protocol. Fill an empty capsule with our BCT Oil and take immediately. Repeat next day. Begin surge protocol the following day.
